JEFFREY CHANCE

Jeffrey Chance is a colorist who studied color grading for Film and TV under Photographer Connie Imboden while attending the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Jeffrey comes from a background in photography, visual art and video art, and has exhibited artwork in New York, LA, and Chicago, including a showing alongside Amina Ross in Chicago's "THE SET SPEAKS".

Jeffrey's approach to color grading reflects his artistic sensitivities and storytelling perspective, enabling him to create visually captivating and emotionally engaging grades that bring projects to life. He has worked as a colorist in both short form content for clients such as Google, Nike, Hennessy, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Fujifilm, and Intel, and in award-winning films and documentaries where his work has been showcased at festivals such as Sundance Film Festival, TriBeCa Film Festival, and Asian American Film Festival, among others.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Jeffrey has also shared his passion for color grading by teaching an intensive workshop for MICA's MFA film program for three years and counting.
