Color Prep

Thank you for choosing Irving Harvey for color grading services. This document outlines our requirements for color turnover in Premiere. We require one of the two following delivery options:

  1. Edit Sequence with Reference

    • Prepped picture-locked edit sequence (Project file and XML/AAF)

    • Reference video export

    • All associated media

  2. Online Export

    • Online-quality export of final edited video at delivery resolution

    • If possible, XML or EDL of the edit sequence used to create the color prepped export

The project can be delivered via:

  • A web download link

  • A Dropbox upload link provided by us

  • A USB 3.0 or Thunderbolt external hard drive 

The following information explains the specifics of each of these elements and should cover the majority of edits and workflows. Please let us know if you have any questions about any of this. 

For alternate workflows or special circumstances that are unable to meet the requirements listed, please notify us ahead of time with information on the specifics of the project so we can work with you to make sure the turnover will be successful and fit within the scope of the project.
